Job Description

  • PAC Technical Coordinator 
    • Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED (Prefered: some college coursework or job experience in accounting, business, education, communications, or other related field) 
    • 4 hours per day 185 days per year Starting Salary from $22 - 23 per hour 
    • Job Description - Essential Functions:
      • Delivers effective Technical Coordinator services that help to sustain a supportive environment that advances professionalism and a shared commitment to organizational outcomes as it relates to the Performing Arts Academy. 
      • Coordinating the events for the Performing Arts Academy and other school and rental events for use of the facility 
      • Develop planning and coordination for box office and ticketing sales.
      • Assists with the inventory control system to ensure dependable supply levels.
      • Budget management and fiscal accountability
      • Prepares purchase requisitions. Maintains procurement records. Reconciles invoices.
      • Identifies work priorities to focus on tasks that require immediate attention.
      • Assists with volunteers and visitors. Answers routine questions or directs inquiries to appropriate staff.
      • Answers/directs telephone calls and emails for the Academy. 
      • Schedules appointments. Organizes staffing and resources for meetings.
      • Prepares student records as needed. 
      • Helps to coordinate and organize student schedules, rosters, etc.
      • Collects and maintains staff and student medical emergency authorization forms.
      • Updates attendance information. 
      • Helps ensure policies are uniformly enforced.
      • Contacts parents or guardians when the Academy has not been notified about a student’s absence.
      • Maintains a building calendar. Processes community requests to use areas of the building facilities under the direction of the Academy. 
      • Manages/updates Academy website information.
      • Provides backup support for other departments. Assists with special projects as directed.
